I averaged together the times of my playthroughs to find what I think is more or less how long each episode should take. In my more recent playthrough of the whole series, I took a lot of time to really explore the hubs and optional dialogue sequences and such. In those older playthroughs, I wasn't just rushing through the games by any means, but I was more or less just doing what needed to be done. In past playthroughs I did of each season, I also kept track of how long each episode took. I recently replayed the whole series and kept track of how long it took me to get through each episode.
